EAT, MY DEAR!

motion, design, direction since 2005

Eat My Dear is a motion design studio founded by the two designers/directors Markus Hornof and Patrick Sturm in 2005. The studio, located in Vienna, Austria, focuses on motion design for advertising, broadcast as well as in-store animations.

Their responsibilities include concept development and production of both live action and animated commercials/short films, as well as multimedia events, while managing the workflow in all stages of production to ensure flawless communication between directors, writers, concept artists and clients.

Eat My Dear offers design led content creation across technologies and solutions keeping themselves always at the forefront of new developments.
Gaining experience by working for well-known clients like Austrian Airlines, MTV, Audi, Red Bull, Swarovski or Time Warner Cable ( just to mention a few), Eat My Dear now consists of several young and ambitious designers, specialized in 3D animation, motion design, compositing, character animation and sound design.
Having all different departments inhouse, Eat My Dear is capable to offer a complete production, starting from concept and direction to final compositing.

In 2007 EAT MY DEAR started to co-operate with the Dutch production company PostPanic, which operates as Eat My Dear's international agent.
Eat My Dear represents a new generation of directing designers who seamlessly combine 3D with motion graphics and live action. They have a fresh director's eye and a very hands-on approach to production.
